It’s finally here! Today is the day we all sit down (on the toilet) and contemplate what makes us human and what makes us the same……so go, go out there and make some peace!! (and then flush it, please)
Hi Nicole- I wanted to suggest to you and your readers to explore the benefits of Eastern medicine. My doctor told me there is little that Western medicine can offer IBS sufferers. My next step to meet with a Chinese herbalist and acupuncturist. I have heard great great things and will try anything at this point. So I wanted to offer the idea to everyone, because we have to think outside the box if we have any hope of feeling better.
Best,
Heather
Hey Nicole! LOVE your blog. Finally, a blog I can relate to. I agree, blogs are self-absorbed, but yours is funny and helpful. I’ll be sure to keep up with it. It makes me feel good about feeling like crap (pun intended) most of the time. Maybe this makes me self-absorbed, but it makes me feel better to know there are other people out there with that permanent red toilet ring on their butts. BTW, I’m suffering from the combo variety as well! Keep up the great work!
Hi! I'm Nicole and I am 25 years old. I've had Irritable Bowel Syndrome since I was 19, but was diagnosed when I was 23. I currently live and work in Portland, Oregon. Thanks for visiting my site!
