IBS For Dummies (For Dummies (Health & Fitness))-What I really liked about this book is that it encompasses a lot of several different books that I have read, including naturopathic ideas. It’s also great to give to loved ones and friends so they can better understand your situation.
Gut Solutions: Natural Solutions for Your Digestive Problems-I LOVE this book as a reference manual for ALL things digestive. It details how the digestive system works and what can go wrong. What I really enjoy about having this book is I can always go back to it to refresh my memory. I especially like the fact that it has colorful pictures and illustrations. A must have if you want to learn more about what’s happening in your body.
Romance, Riches, and Restrooms: A Cautionary Tale of Ambitious Dreams and Irritable Bowels-As you know, my favorite book about what it’s like to live with IBS. It’s a laugh out loud book that I promise you will enjoy. A must have for all those days you feel like you’re the only one with IBS. Seriously funny!
